These terms are an agreement between you and Elevation Funding LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Elevation Funding", "we", "us"), operator of getelevationfunding.com.
Our role
Elevation Funding is a broker, not a lender. We arrange financing through third-party lending partners who originate and fund all loans. We do not make credit decisions and do not guarantee approval, amounts, rates or timelines. All figures on this site describe achievable outcomes for qualifying applicants.
Using this site
You agree to provide accurate information and to use the site only for lawful purposes. Submitting an application is a request for information and does not create an obligation on either party.
Fees and offers
There is no fee to apply. Any fees associated with a specific lender's offer will be disclosed in writing by that lender before you sign.
Communications
By providing contact details and checking the consent box you authorize us and our lending partners to contact you as described in the consent language on the application. You may revoke consent at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of your use of this site or our brokerage services is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
